Project Outcome

Scope & Work

The project began with the full in‑house design of four detached homes, created specifically to move away from the uniform, modern‑estate appearance often associated with new builds. Instead, the scheme focused on character, individuality, and the use of natural materials to give each property a more established, timeless feel. Our works included complete site preparation, groundworks, and infrastructure installation before progressing into the construction of the homes themselves. The build combined natural cladding, traditional roof forms, and carefully considered detailing to achieve a cohesive yet non‑generic aesthetic. Coordinating each trade to maintain consistency and precision. The development was completed with private driveways, boundary treatments, and landscaping that complemented the architectural style and reinforced the bespoke nature of the site.
